Q. What time is check in?

A. Check in for your furnished apartment in Portland is 4:00 PM, Check out is 10:00 AM. You may request early check in or check out, however, not guaranteed.


Q. Can I bring pets?

Q. Why 30 nights minimum?

A. We offer our corporate furnished apartments in Portland with a 30 nights minimum to comply with local tax laws avoiding the tax penalty for short term furnished housing stays.


Q. I don't know exactly how long I will need the apartment. Do I have to set a firm departure date?

A. If you are not certain about your departure date you may extend your stay if needed, as long as there is availability. You must commit to 30 nights and after that only commit to the time you are comfortable with. If you select the option to sign a flexible contract you must give a minimum of 30 days notice of departure, no exceptions.


Q. How much are fees?


A. The rates of our temporary furnished rentals are all inclusive. There is a fully refundable $500 Security Deposit. There are no other fees or charges.


Q. What about Parking?

A. One parking space is included in the rate of our temporary furnished apartments in Portland. You will never pay extra for parking.
