We are pleased to be able to offer these very nice fully furnished apartments for your stay in NW Portland’s Pearl District. Portland is a leader in the effort to be an example to the world in sustainable living and the Pearl is the epicenter of green living. Walking scores are in the 90’s in the Pearl.
Nearly everything you could need is within a short walk from your doorstep. Fabulous dining options are everywhere, as well as groceries, fitness clubs, art galleries, brew pubs, boutiques and specialty stores. Public transportation is steps away. Max light rail stops a about 4 blocks away or hop aboard the Portland Streetcar, just one block away, and you can ride it to all the downtown Portland hotspots including the business district, the arts and theater district and even ride it as far as South Waterfront where you can ride the Portland tram to OHSU university hospital. Check the Portland Streetcar website and you will be able to see where all you can ride without the hassle and expense of parking.
The 10th @Hoyt building is located at 925 NW Hoyt. This is a secured, modern upscale building in the heart of the Pearl District on the Streetcar line. These beautiful apartments have lots of amenities and features that you will appreciate. Each unit has granite counters and granite shower, queen beds, bamboo and carpet floors, AC and washer and dryer in the unit.
There is a rooftop deck with outdoor fireplace, barbecue and hot tub as well as a 24hr fitness center. Reserved, underground parking is available for an additional $40 per week.

Specific Rate Details
Should you decide to stay with us we will email a lodging contract to you. You will print it out, fill in the information and fax or scan and email it back to us. We offer a document you can fill out online upon request.
One page will ask for your credit card information. All transactions are conducted by credit card or business check.
We offer our apartments with a 30 day minimum to comply with local tax code, billed monthly, paid in advance.
There is a $500, fully refundable Security Deposit that will be returned to you within 10 business days of your departure. There are no other fees or deposits.
When we receive the signed contract we bill your card for the fully refundable Security Deposit. This insures your reservation. Rent is paid monthly in advance.
