Specific Rate Details
Should you decide to stay with us we will email a lodging contract to you. You will print it out, fill in the information and fax or scan and email it back to us. We offer a document you can fill out online upon request.
One page will ask for your credit card information. All transactions are conducted by credit card or business check.
We offer our apartments with a 30 day minimum to comply with local tax code, billed monthly, paid in advance.
There is a $500, fully refundable Security Deposit that will be returned to you within 10 business days of your departure. There are no other fees or deposits.
When we receive the signed contract we bill your card for the fully refundable Security Deposit. This insures your reservation. Rent is paid monthly in advance.
